Get to Know Us
Meet the Owner - Cody Brown. River Ridge PMR evolved out of a dream to work out of our own backyard and named after our home, that is perched above the beautiful Yakima River. With the desire to leave 20 years in commercial and residential construction to serve his local community, River Ridge Property Maintenance & Repair was born.
Cody is a devoted husband, father of two great kids, and two wild bird dogs. In his spare time you can find him working on his own house projects, coaching his kids t-ball league, hunting, enjoying the incredible food and beverage scene of Kittitas Co. with his wife Lauren, or adventuring in the woods with his family.
